Destileria Limtuaco’s rum-based signature liqueur made with Arabica, Robusta, Liberica and Excelsa (Barako!) coffee beans, all from the Philippines. Karabella’s gelato interpretation has all the characteristic deep notes of the coffee, paired perfectly with the carabao milk ice cream base, with a surprising crunch and chocolate notes from cacao nibs.
